Meets my needs with respect to a text editor.
Pros: Fast to open, good Internet connectivity in texts, I use it for html editing at home, I can keep lists that need regular updating open in Favorites [sic], I use it at work to change text cases which would otherwise need retyping.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
Pros: Probably the best things to me are being able to simply click VIEW icon and have NoteTab toss the localhost URL into my browser to display my PHP pages locally.
Being able to create my own clip libraries is GREAT! Love the drag&drop capability of building a library.
Multiple document search, edit, find, replace, etc. obviously is very handy when writing code.
And of course it does everything NotePad does, and then some, flawlessy and efficiently. Programmabilty is fantastic.
Also find the "clipboard" file a very handy thing; so simple yet so useful! A great bell/whistle.
HIGHLY recommnded for anyone needed not quite a full IDE or a good NotePad replacement for opening and working on multiple files simultaneusly.
Cons: I guess the only thing I really don't like is, some of the supplied lbraries are irrelevant to me and a couple that could have been missed the mark. Most should be defaulted to not display by default and simply indicate a "more" instead, so I can go choose which ones to have available. The list is just too long to have turned on by default, which means lots of irrelevant clips.

Best of the Bunch
Pros: Quick, full-featured and very versatile. The amount of "clips" or additional small programs that can be used within this editor to work on anything from HTML to ASCII characters to balancing your checkbook are more than any other program offers. The author keeps the product continually upgraded. You can't really do much better in a general text editor, and I've tried dozens of them!
Cons: There is no version of the product that offers rich text support, which I would really like.

Best Text editor I have found!
Pros: I've used this software for about 5 years and have found the features to be one of the best buys I have ever made! I use it for basic edit tasks, striping formating from web copy, find & replace to clean data for importing into databases, and for creating basic HTML web pages, including tables! It's fast, it's reliable, and automatically makes a backup file as you edit!
