  The "Best" on the Market and...It's not even finished!

  Pros: It is evident that Norton has Turned the "Dogs loose"on this anti-virus program.Totally different facial-uplift and has other programs ie.Spyware and System Protection Included into a "WELL" developed program thus...far! It should be "Noted" by those that download this Anti-Virus in-progress,that,not all the "Clinches" has been worked-out and you could have a problem or two,But! that is why it is "Called A Beta Program"you cannot call this program Crap and be in your right mind...this is an excellent program "In the making".if you can READ and Follow Simple INstructions in using the built-in SUPPORT,You can connect to Norton's Technical-Support on line and get excellent Help with any such problem that you are experiencing.I know this for a fact as,I have utilized it and within 40-mins.the problem(s) were efficiently handled by a very good Tech.Once this program comes to Full Light...I do not believe it can be "Touched" by any other anti-virus program on the market.But,for anyone to say this program is crap is just plain "STUPIDITY".Also,there is no advertisement that this program is Free.You get what you $pay-for.another,"idiot" remark.Semper-Fi...

  Blocks Google Mail

  Cons: Same old Norton-works ok for a time, then goes into blocking certain sites. Kept blocking my Google Mail account from loading, said my PC was being attacked by Google!

  User interface great low CPU ram usage HOWEVER

  Pros: I cant believe this is free as claimed with no limitations but I do have ONE big question...

  Cons: Where is the activation key it is asking for, or how long is this trial?

  Did not help me at all

  Cons: Had an infected file (antivirusxp2008)that was able to gain control over the Beta 2009 and create a loop in the (found)(deleted) process which ran repeatedly. Plus I could not get the program containing these files deleted. Another program (Total Privacy 5) finally was able to clean my computer after I uninstalled Norton Antivirus Beta 2009. As I said, it appeared that files from Antivirusxp 2008 were controlling the Norton software.
