The partial file preview features downloads, decodes, and plays the first segment of an MP3 or MPEG, giving you the chance to decide if you want to download the full file. You shouldn't have any problem negotiating the user screens with its modern-looking interface. The trial download is reasonably small but only offers limited functionality.
