We created MyMovies with that fact in mind: if you join your movie collection with your friends and their friends, you can have hundreds or even thousands of movies only two handshakes away. To share movies with style, you'll need movie catalogue. With only one mouse click, MyMovies can retrieve movie information from Web: title, director, writers, cast, and cover picture. Your movie collection is shown using selectable style (theme) and can be printed and even exported directly to the Web. You can sort and search list in numerous ways to find movie which will suite your current mood. And when you borrow movie to a friend, MyMovies will store his or her name and, later, help in tracking lost movies. MyMovies will share and keep up to date your, your friends, and their friends movie catalogues. You can exchange messages with them and meet other people.
Version 2.3 features deep picture search, sending messages with attachments, who has it? option, extended search.

Despite displaying hazy images, this application is impressive in bringing organization to any movie collection. While MyMovies starts with a basic interface, it quickly transforms into a graphical display of your favorite films. Simply click Add, key in a title, and the program quickly grabs from IMDb.com the movie's cover image, director, actors, critic's rating, movie summary, and run time. Be warned: many of the images retrieved aren't very clear. You'll need to set up an account to share your collection with others online or browse through friends' movies. We like the loan feature, which makes guessing who borrowed your DVDs or VHS tapes a thing of the past. As you'd expect, you can sort movies by director, actor, genre, year, director, and so on. Save your collected works in PMD format, though exporting to HTML format for online sharing is reserved for registered users. With all its features, movie collectors will definitely find this download appealing.
