From NirSoft Freeware:MozillaHistoryView is a small utility that reads the history data file (history.dat) of Firefox/Mozilla/Netscape Web browsers, and displays the list of all visited Web pages in the last days. For each visited Web page, the following information is displayed: URL, first visit date, last visit date, visit counter, referrer, title, and host name. You can also easily export the history data to text/HTML/XML file. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

This neat little utility lets you see where you, or others, have been by providing a log of your history data folder.
MozilliaHistoryView doesn't offer a lot of bells and whistles, but it provides just what its name says: a view of your Firefox cache. There's no installation you just run the .exe file and it opens a single-pane window, much like a browser window, with a few buttons and a menu bar at the top. The interface is plain but functional and simple to use.
This free utility performed very well in all our tests. We refreshed the view, and it quickly listed the contents of our Firefox cache, including URL, First Visit Date, Referrer, Host Name, and more. We were able to select a filename and choose a menu command to open it in a new browser window (having that option available as a button would be a handy upgrade). Oddly enough, with the command it opened in Internet Explorer (which isn't our default browser). We also were able to save selected items, and select info according to its display column.
This is a nice, simple utility that offers only a limited feature set, but works well within those limits.
