Note: Firefox 3 Beta is a developer preview release of Mozilla's next generation Firefox browser and is being made available for testing purposes only.. Firefox 3 Beta is based on the new Gecko 1.9 Web rendering platform, which has been under development for the past 27 months and includes nearly 2 million lines of code changes, fixing more than 11,000 issues. Gecko 1.9 includes some major re-architecting for performance, stability, correctness, and code simplification and sustainability. Firefox 3 has been built on top of this new platform resulting in a more secure, easier to use, more personal product with a lot under the hood to offer website and Firefox add-on developers.

Firefox 3 beta 5 is a bug-fixing release.

  Walt til firefox 3 comes out til then stick whit firefox 2

  Pros: still faster then IE7 (but what Isn't)

  the download manager has a search

  Cons: Takes to long to load

  when downloads are complete You have to remove them one by one

  Pros: I hate IE With a passion thats why I use Firefox. Whe4n I heard the next generation version of this browser I was stoked. Firefox can do no wrong in my eyes so I downloaded it without hesitation. Too my surprise it kinda sucked not nearly as good as Firefox 2.When the time comes to upgrade my Browser to Firefox 3 I won't do it and if it forces me I use OPERA As my Web Browser.

  Pros: Mozilla always seems to be updating this navigator and it only gets better. I noticed one minor bug and the software reported it it's self.

  Cons: I miss all my cool plug'ins and add-ons, maybe they'll be updated soon...
