MixMeister Pro 5 has an easy-to-use graphical interface that lets you automate common tasks like transitions and beat mixing, or apply a high degree of control over every aspect of your mix.

You can easily define your own sound by applying third-party audio effects, and add a visual dimension to your mix by displaying full-motion, beat-matched video on a primary or secondary display. MixMeister Pro 5 also features support for simultaneous performing & previewing in live settings, advanced key detection technology, integrated CD burning, looping, reverse play, intelligent file handling, automated webcast updates, and much more.

"Great mixing software"

Pros: There are so many great things about this software it's hard to mention them all. I had never DJed or done any mixing before I got it but still found it really easy to use. Although it is simple to use it also has a lot of advanced features. You can add effects to part or all of a track using plug-ins (you can even apply the effects to your whole mix). The ability to burn your mix directly from Mixmeister and not have to export it first and use a separate program to do the burning (as you had to in previous versions) is also great. If your going to get this I recommend the latest version (6) as it has even more advanced features. Users of Mixmeister even have their own website (beatmixing.com) where you can get tips on mixing techniques, product news, listen to other peoples mixes and submit your own for inclusion on the radio stations which are available.

"Simply the best beatmixing software."

Pros: Easy to use, nice interface, a lot of nice fitures (DXI, Video montage). Very well designed software.

Cons: Some minor bugs (very rare though) with media lybrary in MMPro 5.

Summary: I have been dee-jaying for 14 years, I use MixMeister since v3, on different PCs (desktops and laptops) and never have faced any installation issue (FYI)...
