"i got one quick message said gee this word 2000 was unexpected c-ya sucker"
Cons: tells me nothing regarding what i need to do to make it work and if you say i'm puter illiterate i say uhuh

"It adequately serves my requirements"
Pros: Although, I am not fully versed in the capabilities of this software [which will come with practice] it allows me to compose the letters and outlines I need without complete frustation.

Pros: Since downloading this software I have not had any more problems with opening attachements in my emails.

Pros: None noted
Cons: Just more bloatware from Micrsoft that doesn't work. Don't bother with this piece of junk if Office 2003 SP1 works.
