Office 2000 SP-2 provides the latest product updates to Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1). This latest service pack incorporates: an Outlook 2000 SR-1 update concerning email security; Word 2000 updates for proofing tools hyphenation and mail command security; an Office 2000 security update concerning HTML data; an Excel 2000 Security update for REGISTER.ID; an Excel/PowerPoint 2000 SR-1 update dealing with an HTML script vulnerability; an Outlook 2000 Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) update concerning security; and a Word 2000 mail merge security update.

Note:: Before you install this update, make sure that you are currently using the SR-1 versions of all the Office 2000 applications that are installed on your machine.

In order to install Office 2000 SP-2, you must have your original Office 2000 CD-ROMs available.

Cons: tells me nothing regarding what i need to do to make it work and if you say i'm puter illiterate i say uhuh

"It adequately serves my requirements"

Pros: Although, I am not fully versed in the capabilities of this software [which will come with practice] it allows me to compose the letters and outlines I need without complete frustation.

Cons: Too soon to tell

Pros: None noted

Cons: Just more bloatware from Micrsoft that doesn't work. Don't bother with this piece of junk if Office 2003 SP1 works.
