Two years ago this Internet Explorer toolbar would have been very useful. Today, IE has co-opted most functions offered by this app. MicroGarden WebTools' clean, simple interface is just a couple of buttons and a configuration page. This toolbar contains some useful functions. It's easy to block popups or set them to open in one special tab or in separate tabs. You can do the same for sites that try to open new windows. Preset hot keys can be enabled to open a close a variety of tab options. A slide show option makes it easy bring to front each tab for a few seconds. Finally, the Tab Grouping feature makes it a snap to open a group of tabs at browser start or when invoked.
The demo starts limiting features after 20 days. There really isn't a problem with MicroGarden WebTools, it just doesn't offer much over the latest version of Internet Explorer. Most users will balk at being asked to pay for what they already get for free.
