Merriam Webster's Concise Dictionary
Pops up to much for me when I'm on line typing!
Cons: When I'm typing the software pops up and interferes with what I'm doing so I unstalled it.
Merriam Webster's Concise Dictionary
Not what I expected for Webster
Pros: It sits nicely on your desktop, and looks kind of like a widget.
Cons: Very, very, very narrow vocabulary range. I mean, if you type in anything beyond middle school vocab, it does not find it. Type in "surreal" or "gragarious", no result? Its nice interface cannot compensate for the fact that this piece of software is completely useless. Do not bother downloading.

WordWeb Comparison?
Pros: I've been using WordWeb for years now. Has anyone compaired the two? Should I switch to something better? Or stay completely happy with WW.
Merriam Webster's Concise Dictionary
Could not be downloaded
Pros: It says files are corrupt and hence could not be installed
Cons: Corrupt files be removed

Upgrade may cause you to loose your iFinger licenses!
Cons: 1. If you have a purchased product (in my case the Oxford Concise English-Spanish) under an old iFinger installation and upgrade your installation, the license string may no longer work. In my case, I lost the use of the dictionary, and two days after reporting this to iFinger tech support, I have no response beyond getting an incident number.
2. If you have the most current iFinger download, the English dictionary that you can download here will also install an old iFinger version, possibly over the top of the current version (I didn't let Install go that far).
