"I've had no trouble using this software."

Pros: It makes syncing with my PDA easier. I haven't had any problems so I'd have to say that's the best part.

"It didn't connect to my HTC S710 on a Vista laptop"

Pros: I had to install push mail with Exchange 2003 on a HTC S710, but WMDC didn't connect to the device. First I tried it with USB, later with Bluetooth. I got a Bluetooth connection and still the software didn't get connected. With ActiveSync 4.5 on a XP laptop I worked like a charm. Very frustrating...

Cons: Better looking interface (if it works).
