MP3 Cat is a handy database for your MP3/music files (supports MP3, WMA, Ogg Vorbis, and Monkey's Audio). With MP3Cat you can group your MP3's by artist, album, genre, organize tracks into unlimited categories, search using keywords and wildcards. Moreover, it reads and lets you modify ID3 tags and has a built-in WinAmp support generate WinAmp playlists, play, or enqueue selected files directly in WinAmp.

Version 2.15 fixes a small problem when reading ID3v2 tags encoded as UTF16 - extraneous characters could appear at the end of the texts.
