Version: LivePad 1
Pros: If you need a virtual boards set where you can place to-dos, notes, contacts, appointments then this product is good enough. Also if you are preparing for a meeting speech this is a good tool for designing presentation agendas. It can be printed or simply published as html on corporate intranet.
Cons: It requires MS Excel installed to work with worksheets.

Cons: Could do with seeing a PDA version of it...

Version: LivePad 1
Pros: It's real neat. I am using it for Net research and meetings and dumping all my things into the workspace. Having the source URL is wonderful. Now I can combine my web stuff with my own notes and files easily. Its a bargain at $29..
Cons: Definetly needs a PDA verison or a smaller version as well for pocket PC's
