This is a great tool for intermediate Korean-language students ready to take the plunge and learn the intricacies of Korean grammar. Korean HakGyo introduces the basics of vocabulary and grammar through audio lessons and written exercises. The interface is well-designed and easy to use, and we had no problem navigating among lessons. Each lesson presents a set of exercises and examples; you conjugate verbs, listen to word pronunciations and type in the words you've heard, and translate dialogues. A handy onscreen keyboard allows you to type Korean characters by pressing buttons with the mouse. The one drawback of the trial version is that it only includes two lessons. Overall, this is a moderately paced and well-crafted language tool that should provide ample challenge for Korean-language learners.
