From Dwight French: JustCursors.exe is a "no frills" cursor editor you can use to edit/create static or animated cursors for Windows. It is a stand alone Win32 application and only 58K in size. Quick, handy tool for creating or modifying animated/static cursors.

For making simple cursors, professional image editors are sometimes overkill. JustCursors provides a more basic set of tools for creating and editing animated cursors. However, when we say basic, we mean basic. The program doesn't have a brush or a gradient tool, and the only available shapes are a rectangle and an oval. The palette is limited to 256 colors, and the color picker is badly organized. You can't import any images except from cursors themselves (CUR and ANI files), and, most perplexing, rather than undoing the last action, the Undo feature cancels all editing since the last save. The most attractive features are the freeware price and the tiny, 58KB memory profile. That said, JustCursors is perfectly serviceable for quickly throwing together a cursor for personal use.

  Pros: Small, simple utility that allows you to create both static and animated cursors. It's nothing fancy, but it allows you to have cool cursors without having to download a spyware infested cursor pack or get an over-the-top, super fancy program that hogs system resources.

  Pros: this is a great ,FREE, program.it does everything you want it to do. in fact, i even made an exact replica of the galaga ship in a .cur file with this baby.this program also works to put the cursors you created as icons!believe me, try it.and you dont need to install it either.

  Cons: needs undo and redo button and better animated cursor options.

  Pros: neat little program. if u spend a little time could come up with nice little animated cursors

  Cons: it's not even worth thinking about any cons
