India Toolbar is a must-have tool for Indians and persons of Indian origin. You can listen to Indian music (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telegu, Maharashtrian), listen to the radio, check your mail, browse the Web, go directly to Microsoft Office applications, add or remove functions, get news headlines, and instantly access Indian Web sites, information on India and stuff relevant to Indians.
The India Toolbar is constantly being upgraded but the user does not have to download it again: the upgrades will be visible automatically in the user's India Toolbar.

You don't have to be Indian to appreciate this freeware toolbar for Internet Explorer, because only a few features will be lost on others. India Toolbar is well-designed with easy-to-read text and icons that are easily compressed for space. From e-mail to search, radio stations to government forms, chat to netphone, this toolbar is loaded with features that use minimum space and memory.
Configuring e-mail notifiers, weather locations, and other settings takes little time or trouble. Pull-down menus are easy to find and read. We found the radio function especially easy to configure: choose a genre and add a station to your pull-down menu. We did stumble on some stations that were installed but offered no sound.
The very specific Indian functions, such as Indian Government Online Complaint Form, may not be useful to everyone, but they take up precious little toolbar space. The toolbar is easily set to regularly update functions. In short, we liked this freeware toolbar for its features and functionality.

Version: India Toolbar 4.5.1
Pros: This toolbar has the Google search engine so it's very fast when searching. The fm radio works good after you add new stations to the radio. You can add rap, blues, country, rock, alternative and more.
Gives you accurate weather information, after you type your zip code into the weather box and select search. The pop up blocker allows you to quickly clear browser cache, history, and if you want clear cookies.
It has a directory that will take you to music links, movie and tv links, software and much more.
Cons: The one flaw it has is the pop up blocker doesn't block pop ups.
