From Melonsoft: ImageEvents empowers beginners and advanced web developers to visually create and incorporate JavaScript effects into their web sites - without writing any code. Users can easily specify images for more than 40 JavaScript events. The automatically created code is then inserted into web pages by simply dragging it from ImageEvents into a web design application or HTML document. One may also have multiple windows or 'templates' open at once and can save these templates for frequent use.
