IconStudio is a powerful advanced icon maker & cursor creator and extractor. IconStudio allows you to create and edit 32 x 32 buddy icons as well as import and export icons. You can create cursors as well. The program can create and edit icons with image formats in either standard or custom sizes, with color depths up to 256 colors. You can make buddy icons, aim buddy icons, messenger icons, and any other types of custom icons quickly & easily. The icon maker includes a full set of paint & editing tools include: pixel paint pencil, color picker, flood fill, eraser, transparency tool, text tool, line tool, rectangle and ellipse tools. It supports multiple undo & redo history so that you can always correct your mistakes when creating or editing icons & cursors. Version 5 includes unspecified updates.

  Pros: simple but effective icon maker, fast & stable. feature to convet your own image from jpeg, bmp, gif to an icon is very useful.

  Pros: it's very easy to create or modify icons quickly use this program. Detailed help files and powerful drawing tools set make creating icons so simple, in few minutes
