IE Picture Downloader was designed to help you save Web pictures quickly and easily. When you see favorite pictures, launch IE Picture Downloader from Microsoft internet explorer toolbar band, all pictures you want appear together in one window. Then you click save all pictures are downloaded and saved into your hard disk. It's useful tool for users to download and save pictures. You decide what kind of pictures to download and save. First you see the pictures on Web page and you are sure there are some pictures you want are in the Web page. You can specify the picture width and height to filter out other pictures. IE Picture Downloader put all pictures together one by one. It's very easy for you to pick out pictures. Just by clicking the pictures you can select or deselect them. Then click Save and all pictures you want are stored into the disk folder you specify.

IE Picture Downloader retrieves images from Web pages, but disappoints with its hit-and-miss performance. Its utilitarian interface proved easy enough to understand and is accessible from your browser's toolbar. Specify a URL and launch the program, and images are automatically retrieved and appear in the built-in image viewer. Users can set a destination directory for downloaded images, and we like that folders can be renamed by URL or Web page title. Filtering to narrow your downloads by image type and width was a snap to set, but you won't find any advanced options such as setting download level or threads. In our tests, IE Picture Downloader sometimes did what it claims. In some cases, it quickly downloaded images and showed them in the image viewer. On other tested Web pages, however, it either failed to download any of the available images or it failed to retrieve all images even though no filter was enabled. All in all, its concept is good, but users can find more reliable programs than this one.
