The Hipsip Bridge allows users to connect to the free Hipsip service at hipsip.com in order to make Skype calls from their mobile phones for just the price of a local phone call. With Hipsip users are no longer stuck in front of their computers when using Skype. Calls can now be placed from a mobile phone, through a home computer, to anyone on the Skype network. By using SkypeOut credits purchased separately, users can also call regular telephones anywhere in the world, all for just the price of a local call.

This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
