Firepad Picture Viewer (aka FireViewer) is the industry standard multimedia viewer for Palm handhelds, and one of the top Palm downloads of all time. Firepad Picture Viewer lets you create, view, zoom, and drag any image up to 32,000 by 32,000 pixels. What's more, you can play video clips, text with hyperlinks, and Web pages. FireViewer was featured in the recent Arnold Schwarzennegar movie 'Collateral Damage', and is in active use by the U.S. Navy, General Motors, and hundreds of thousands of individual users just like you.
Note: Runs on any Palm-compatible device built after July 1998. Uninstall any prior version of FireViewer before installing this version. To create MediaBook multimedia files, you must purchase the full version.

"Scary Installation - Doesn't Find JPEGs"
Cons: Scary Installation: It tries to damage your PC browser on installation. There is no way to get just the PRC file for the Palm.
Doesn't Find JPEGs: After all that, it doesn't see the image files on my Palm. It seems to require some sort of conversion first on the PC.
Seems totally worthless as well as dangerous.

Pros: Video looks very good, so good I tried and purchased it, stupidly thinking the 7MB was a limitation in the demo because of the lack of documentation.
Cons: The video files are limited to 7MB. You cannot create a video over 7MB. It just cuts off at the 7MB point and that is the video file you get. Little if any documentation.

Summary: Does the apparently impossible on a Palm. Live wireless video. Giant zoomable pictures. Clickable "hot" areas on pictures. Amazing stuff.
