From Isotx:Iron Grip is a total conversion mod for Half Life 2 that includes both real time strategy and first person shooter elements. The game takes place after a series of assassinations, betrayals and wars that leaves the once strong and fair nation, Kathos, divided into two factions, the Rahmos empire and the Resistance. Iron Grip offers a choice of playing as the Rahmos empire, in a aerial view where the player controls several non-player units, or the Resistance forces, from the first person perspective with squad based combat, in intense online skirmishes. Version 1.7 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"A perfect HL2 Mod, with a creative style of play executed flawlessly."
Pros: Very creative style of play (RTS vs FPS),
Variety of characters each with their own nique weapon, Maps are well thought out and impressive, Easy control scheme, Easy to find a game that is just starting or has been going on for a while.
