Publisher's description of HTML Help Workshop
From Microsoft:HTML Help is a browser-independent, cross-platform help solution that enables help and Web authors to take advantage of the functionality available in HTML, while retaining the core WinHelp functionality to which they're accustomed. HTML Help Workshop is a complete authoring system for HTML Help files. The included HTML Help ActiveX control provides a navigational user interface for help systems and Web sites. The control supports a table of contents, an index, a splash screen, shortcuts, related topics, WinHelp calls, and version number dialog boxes. The package also contains a Java applet with functionality similar to that of the ActiveX control. This update includes new features, updated documentation, and the HTML Help Installation and Update package (Hhupd.exe) for redistribution.
