Improved Google toolbar.
Pros: The new Google toolbar has more features than the old one does. Has a very fast search engine, four day weather forecast when a zip code is provided. You can read news from top stories, US, world, entertainment, sci tech, and some of those have videos to watch the news.
The popup blocker is much better now, because when a popup has been blocked. You can view the blocked popup and reset the popup count back to zero. It has bookmarks for saving favorite web sites, to have easy access to them. More buttons can be added to this toolbar. This toolbar can be customized from toolbar options, and this toolbar can be uninstalled from toolbar options. If you dont want Google toolbar to get into the startup menu, uncheck set Google as the default search.
Cons: The highlight button is on the find button, would have been better if it was on the toolbar.

Better than IE7 amd my ISP Alone
Pros: Google can pull up things that my ISP with Internet Explorer cannot. That, along with the extras that come with it make it extremely usefull and handy. The extras alone make it invaluable.

Pros: flexible toolbar, many buttons to choice from. Can access my gmail and calendar quicker. All in a small area.
