This slide-show screensaver has photos of U.S. Navy aircraft in action, including fighter jets and helicopters in flight, taking off, firing missiles, and dropping paratroopers. All photos are 800-by-600 high-quality images (see our Web site for 1024-by-768, which is also available). Other features include transition effects, a black-and-white mode, password use, and the ability to extract photos as wallpaper. Also, built-in wallpaper cycles every hour or day. This Lite version with six photos is free, and the Gold Edition has 36 photos and may be purchased at Awesome-Screens.com.

Watch U.S. aircraft at work on your desktop with the Awesome Navy Aircraft Screen Saver. The screensaver shows some unique photos that demonstrate the might of the U.S. Navy. Photos depict planes and helicopters firing missiles, breaking sound barriers, and dropping cargo. All the photos have comments that reveal that the photographers didn't intend to show the beauty of the aircraft but their ability to accomplish missions. Settings include various transitions and intervals between image changes. You can set any image as your desktop wallpaper, though most of these action shots would benefit from the application of image-editing effects. The biggest drawback is that the Lite version has only six images. Fans of military aircraft should greatly enjoy the Awesome Navy Aircraft Screen Saver.

"If you appreciate military photography...."

Pros: Good photography of our military in action.
Nice trasitional effects.

Cons: Seems that I've seen some of these photographs on the internet before.
I personally would hesitate paying for this program.
