Publisher's description of Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars demo
From EA Games:March, 2047. A massive nuclear fireball explodes high in the night sky, marking the dramatic beginning to the Third Tiberium War and long-awaited return of the real-time strategy franchise Command & Conquer. C&C 3 takes you back to where it all began--the Tiberium Universe. In 2047, Tiberium has blanketed the Earth, which is now divided into zones based on the level of Tiberium infestation. Pristine Blue Zones represent 20% of the planets surface and are the last refuge of the civilized world. Partially habitable Yellow Zones make up 50% of the planets surface; most of the worlds population lives in these war-torn and ecologically ravaged areas. The remaining 30% of the planet is uninhabitable, a Tiberium wasteland swept by violent Ion Storms. Red Zones are like the surface of an Alien planet.
The infamous Kane has returned to lead the Brotherhood of Nod in a massive global assault on the Global Defense Initiative and the few remaining Blue zones left on the planet. Only you can stop him. The fate of humanity and the planet is in your hands.
This demo includes a tutorial, two different missions as the Global Defense Initiative, and a one-versus-one skirmish map as GDI against a CPU-controlled Brotherhood of Nod army. All units from both factions are available.

Version: Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars demo
Pros: as an old c&c1 veteran i was a little concerned about EA doing a new c&c game, but i have to say, that after playing the demo, i pre-ordered the game. Graphically it is awesome and especially the handling is really well done (not many 3d RTS games have a good handling of camera and units et al).

Version: Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars demo
Pros: I personally have always been a Red Alert man myself but I've definitely taken a liking to the C&C Tiberium series with this release. The game play promises to be extremely addicting once the full game is out. The graphics are great, units now come in groups, and the requirements are very manageable.
Cons: The demo is very restrictive, and the Mammoth tanks...although they are 100% amazing may be too strong!
