From Kaspersky Lab:

This free utility by Kaspersky Labs is designed to detect and remove most variants of the Klez e-mail worm, including Klez.E and Klez.H. It is recommended that you close all applications before starting up this utility. After your computer has rebooted, an anti-virus scanner should be used and all remaining infected files should be deleted. It is also recommended that you avoid using e-mail preview to reduce the potential of reinfection of your computer system.

"Hello!........Is anybody there?"

Pros: zero.
(well........... the scan only took a minute.)

Cons: Either it doesn't work or I didn't have the virus, but it doesn't give a summary of the scan, so you don't know what, if anything, that it does.
Waste of time.
(Atleast it was quick)
