Pros: none yet that I know
Cons: I didn't get past the Installation for this reason:
A couple of the install *options* may be raising flags:
"Modify windows XP connections"
"Enable eMule"

This version still phones home. Constantly establishes a connection to an address inside China's TLD subnet. Who knows what data it sends to them?
Run this program. Clear out your download list so it's just sitting idle. Then do a netstat -an to test. You'll see an established connection to an ip address that can't be reverse DNS'd. If you use a IP to country lookup you'll see it belongs to China.
