On Fit day provides users an online dietery journal. Users can enter in the food the eat and it will track and analyze the number of calories consumed. Fit Day also provides daily calorie counts, detailed nutrition for thousands of foods, and long term diet analysis.

  Good tool to control your daily food intake

  Pros: A lot of foods in the database and you can add custom foods.

  Cons: As it is online it is not so fast as a software installed on your computer.

  For the same reason it is not easy to find foods or have better reports.

  Nothing is printable.

  If you buy the software (my case) and something went wrong, you pay and dont have the software. I'm trying for 1 week to contact them for a solution and nothing.
