Primitive and uninspired, Find Every File fails to make managing analog assets significantly easier. You're supposed to apply numbered labels to your videotapes and books and associate keywords with these numbers in the program's database. The search feature is effective, such as it is, but the ability to add new database fields would make it a good deal more useful. Plenty of freeware database applications do more than Find Every File, so we wouldn't recommend it as a complete solution.
