  TrueShare

  A powerful, business oriented, online file system

  Pros: There are a lot of 'file sharing' sites out there, but TrueShare is a different kind of application.

  It doesn't just give you an off-site 'drive' to store data. You can build a whole folder tree structure and manage user access to each folder. Oh, and there is no limit to the number of users! It's like having an intranet shared drive, but accessible anywhere in the world. And you don't need a 'network guy' to manage user permissions.

  With functions like Send-A-Link, reporting tools, and user specific access permissions, you can use TrueShare for offsite storage and backup, remote access, collaboration, and moving files too large for email.

  I've used this website for over 3 years and they have recently re-architected the entire system. They have added new functionality on a regular basis over the past 3 months and I expect to see more.

  They even offer the application as an enterprise solution to replace FTP servers.

  Pretty good

  Pros: Unlimited users is nice. I can make a new user for each client, along with their respective folders.

  Integrated Login piece and custom colors on the website make it match my pre-existing theme.

  Internal emails already flood my Outlook. The organization this brings more than covers the monthly fee.

  Definitely give the trial a run.

  Pros: - The layout of TrueShare makes it easy to use.

  -Drag-and-drop makes uploading multiple files easy and painless.

  -Unlimited users

  -Rich customization, allows me to customize completely the interface, with my own color options

  -Powerful search ability for finding files in one or multiple folders, including their children

  -Assigning user permissions through templates makes it easy to manage users

  -Easy access to support

  -Detailed user guide to get up and running quickly

  Flexible, fast, and easy to use

  Pros: The best part of this over its competitors is that it allows drag and drop, multi file upload. The interface makes sense and is easy to use. There is a flow that seems more like a windows application than a website. Most file sharing systems make navigation difficult by separating the different functions. Trueshare does a remarkable job of providing access to many frequently used functions right where you need them. The user groups is a great tool that nobody else that seems a like group administration in a windows environment. I have signed up for the full year to save a little on the fees.

  Everything I need (for me and the company) in one place

  Pros: Very familiar user interface, feels like I'm browsing files on my own computer. Uploading and Dowloading is a breeze. The best thing is the user management and Send-A-Link features. Really closes the gap with sharing files with sub-contractors and clients across the nation.

  Cons: Having the ability to customize colors for my TrueShare account causes me to waste a lot of time playing with it and changing it around... but I guess that's my own problem ;)
