Ezi Accounting allows you to take full control of your business; you can start issuing invoices within minutes of installing it, email your invoices or purchase orders directly, print barcodes for your stock items, check your profit & loss and balance sheet on daily bases and keep track of your appointments and contacts. Comes the end of financial year, you do not have to do anything, just keep working as usual, then generate your accounting reports in printed copy, HTML or PDF format when ready to send or email to your accountant thus saving you $$$ and man hours every year. Also let the stock control tell you when you have hit the minimum level of your stock as you sell it, and track your stock serial numbers as you buy it and sell it. Use built in emailing to generate huge profits by bulk emailing your clients with your advertisements and special offers with no additional costs, and email all of your clients their statements with one mouse click whenever you need to.

This program includes a comprehensive set of financial-recording features for small-business owners. It includes feature groups for sales, stock on hand, and suppliers, with many listing and reporting options. The program does offer an option for changing the name of all fields, but this feature is buried beneath a few submenus and isn't exactly easy to locate. The many reporting options (15 reports in the sales window, for example) will please individual business owners with an interest in detail-oriented record keeping. A help file walks you through the many features. The program also includes a business diary and a telephone book, features appropriate for individual users, and the ability to log in multiple users. Overall the feature set may prove invaluable for very specific types of businesses.
