Version: Express Notes Information Organiser 1.02
Pros: 1. It's free
2. The user interface is very simple.
3. Stores data in plain text files, so no (major) worries if the software fails
4. Does what I wanted it to do, e.g. simple storage of unstructured data
Cons: I suspect it can't store anything except plain text; not even rich text.

Version: Express Notes Information Organiser 1.02
"Great little free program. Does exactly what I wanted"
Pros: My primary goal was to find something that opens and closes QUICKLY. Didn't need a lot of bells and whistles, and this is perfect. Saves automatically. Easy to back up and retrieve data even if it were to crash and burn, since its data files will open in Notepad. Gives you bare bones organizational functions.
Cons: 1) Can be a little buggy (sometimes says a note has been deleted and asks for confirmation of intent, when nothing has been deleted).
2) Wish it could be minimized to the system tray, but that's not a real major drawback.

"Simple yet very, very effective"
Pros: A great way to keep track of notes. They can be organised into 'books' and templates created per book. Highly recommended.
