This application maintains your health-related information and offers extensive virtual training for a full-body workout. Exlib's well-designed interface displays four areas: diary, programs, reports, and library. After installation, you'll notice two windows on your desktop, one of which doesn't function properly. The window titled Exlib-Diary lets you log information such as your measurements, medications taken, injuries sustained, and any other information you'd like to note on its calendar. You'll be able to define your exercise programs and view reports of your progress. Its library of full-body workouts is quite impressive and includes footage of the proper execution of each exercise, explaining Exlib's hefty download size. Although the trial version doesn't save your information for more than a day, you'll get the gist of its ability. If body conditioning is your thing, this utility lends a helping hand at staying organized.

Exlib is an exercise library and diary, which consists of four sections: diary, programs, reports, and library. The diary registers your training information, supplements, injuries, and body measurements. Exercise reports and graphs describe your progress in a given time period. A program composer contains ready-made and user-defined programs. The library section contains over 170 training and stretching exercises. Synchronize with the PDA version.
