ExecutiveSync is a file synchronization program for Mac OS X that supports long filenames, Unicode, synchronization with Microsoft Windows File Servers, and countless other features. The majority of synchronization programs on Mac OS X are designed to consolidate the contents of two folders. Consolidation is a quick and simple synchronization technique, but it is extremely error prone. ExecutiveSync uses the superior TAS (Time and State) synchronization technique. TAS is a powerful approach to file synchronization that guarantees accuracy by storing and comparing file information over time. With ExecutiveSync you can add, remove, and edit files in both folders at the same time without fear or hesitation, and those changes will be replicated the next time you synchronize your folders.

"A 30 Day Trial version - NOT FREE as it claims"

Pros: The software works well, so far as I can tell.

Cons: It misrepresents itself on the Download.com site as free software without limitations.
After you have spent time setting it all up and you have used it a couple of times, it tells you that your trial version will end if you don't pay $20.
I don't mind trial periods, but this deception makes me wonder what else they haven't been truthful about in their blurb.

"Does the job, but not for free!"

Summary: The description says this product if free, but it's not!
However, it will be useful to me in the month allowed in the trial.
