"Unusable! Can not execute the downloaded file"

Pros: None, because I can't get to the program

Cons: I am not computer illiterate, but I am not a techie either. It downloads a .BIN file and I have no idea what to do with this. There should be installation instruction posted here.

Summary: Very disappointing!
