This tool takes a four-pronged approach to cleaning your system with mixed results. Evonsoft Computer Repair's too simple menu interface won't please advanced users looking for detailed information. However, novice users who trust the application need press only a single button to clean their computer.

On execution, Evonsoft Computer Repair immediately scans your system to identify spyware, Registry errors, privacy traces, and junk files. The app performs well at identifying junk files, but there is no method to save any from deletion. On the other hand, privacy traces are well listed by application. It's easy to uncheck items individually to save them from removal, but an option to uncheck them all would be helpful. Also, saving items from removal does not update a Problems Found number presented on the main interface. The Registry cleaner is less aggressive than many standalone apps, but that is consistent with an application aimed at novice users. The Spyware Removal function disappointed testers who found that the app missed many common problems.

Evonsoft Computer Repair is beneficial for less-experienced users looking for a simple cleaning tool. Save the spyware tool, Evonsoft Computer Repair gets rid of basic problems.

  Evonsoft Computer Repair

  Works but could be better.

  Pros: When Computer Repair opens it scans in four areas. Scans for spyware problems, registry problems, privacy sweep problems, and junk files. After the scan has finished it's best to click on each problems found for more details.

  I only let it repair the privacy sweep problems which removed 35 files total size 707.01 kilobytes. And I let it repair the junk files, which removed 2,441 files total size 36.51 megabytes. So I did gain some disk space and my computer is operating a bit faster now.

  Cons: I dont trust the registry cleaner because it's too aggressive. And the spyware scanner only found 16 tracking cookies all low risk.

  Pros: As its description, evonsoft computer repair does scan and repair my PC. It works very fast. I feel my computer running more smoothly than before.

  Cons: More functions and clear explains should be added.

  Pros: Nil

  Cons: Won't run after installation (Vista HP). ie. nothing active but the links to the websites.

  Quick easy scan and repair at least it says that is what it is doing

  Pros: I liked that it ran through the errors in computer and then cleaned it up without having to shell out additional money. Fast & easy.

  Cons: It really seems too easy. Like I said it said things were repaired but a bit skeptical that it is doing what it claims. I would still recommend as it is fast too.
