Easy Banner Creator is an easy-to-use tool for creation of animated or static banners in seconds without graphic skills. Your own banners will make your Web site successful and will attract new visitors. Animation effects are components the number of which will be more and more with new versions of the program. Contains the animation effect Running multiple elements: text and image.

Version 1.2 added export to PNG and JPEG files, standard banner sizes in file sizes.txt, and color editing in hexadecimal form.
