Version: EasyPHP 1.7
"Apache, MySQL, and PHP in one easy package!"
Pros: First off, if you're looking for an easy installation of Apache, MySQL, and PHP then look no further. While this is a French program, there are English prompts and an available English help file (which you won't need anyway, most likely).
Once installed, just forget about it. Use a free IDE like PHP Designer 2005 to test your scripts locally; all you need to do is is type a few lines of code and then click the Run command. If your IDE asks for a path, just locate the following files:
X:\Windows\php.ini
X:\Program Files\EasyPHP1-7\php\php.exe
And you're up and running.

"Easy-to-use development environment."
Pros: If you want to try the newest versions of PHP, MySQL and Apache, just download their zips and unzip them in EasyPHP dirs.

Pros: It's nice, easy to use! Friendly interface!
Cons: I wrote some php scripts which ran without any bug on EasyPHP, but couldn't make them work on a real Apache server! Sorry.... but i don't recommend it if you have a short deadlimit!
