  diamonds that I've purchased have either been allocated to something that I didn't buy and couldn't use or disappeared and when I questioned customer service they said 'for security reasons we can't tell you.' Seriously??? How old are these people? Just admit there was a mistake in the system and credit them back.

  Semi-Strategy, easy to learn, not overly intensive, ego-stroking :D

  Buggy as hell No real support Ignore reported faults Complaints in forum get your banned They usually ignore faults until they have them fixed You may end up going days unable to play You can buy in-game currency (rubies) - but when the game is broken - you may end up wasting he stuff you purchased (times out etc.)

  Summary

  It's such a waste. A good idea, a very poor implementation. The utter lack of real support, the massive delays to acknowledge and fix things ... the games often unplayable for days at a time. Find something different to play (not by Kabam).

  Interesting concept, attractive cities, standard gameplay, easy to learn and navigate

  BEWARE! This game is chock full of hackers, cheaters, scripters and exploiters. Customer support is unresponsive with up to 1-2 month wait times even on urgent issues. Frequent promotions are held to encourage ruby purchases, but prizes are NEVER awarded on time. Worst of all - and READ CAREFULLY - you may spend weeks or months building your army only to have them vanish in a nanosecond due to in-game bugs. This last fact alone should repel all players. Find a game where you don't see your progress vanish in a heartbeat. Too many better games out there....

  Summary

  STAY AWAY! Read the forums before playing the game - that alone should send you running. Far too many missing items, lost purchases, etc. In a little over one month this player lost entire army due to an in-game glitch well known to developers. It's not worth wasting your time, money and effort to lose all.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 14, 2012<p/>TWICE - lost entire army TWICE in a little over one month.
