Church management software to track members, contributions, pledges, pre-authorized deposits (EFT) and gifts in kind. Donarius lets you view and print tax receipts, donor lists, church directories, mailing labels/envelopes and donations by date or donor. Your tax receipts can be customized to look the way you want or send us a sample as a Word file and we will set it up for you free of charge. Sends personalized letters and e-mails. Imports donors and donations so you can convert the data from your existing software. Exports data to other programs too. Donor types and characteristics are customizable. Also used by non-profits to manage donor and donation database.

Version 3.14 keeps track of relationships between donors and families; will do a list of people with a birthday in a date range.

  Just what I need at just the right price!

  Pros: I am familiar with two other church management software programs that include contributions along with everything else. They are great but very expensive. The one I was using would no longer support my version, and the upgrade was hundreds of dollars. I heard of Donarius through an online discussion board, checked it out, and decided it was all I needed. I have been very pleased with it. Entering contributions is quick and easy. Statements are just fine - support has been wonderful making me custom reports. I just upgraded, and am looking forward to growing with them.

  Very "user friendly" system with excellent customer support.

  Pros: I have been using this system for 3 years for a non profit organization. It is excellent for tracking donations, generating letters and end of year tax statements. It is easy to install and very easy to use. The customer support is prompt, thorough and has always surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Nuverb!

  Excellent! Extremely user friendly! Priced just right!

  Pros: I love all the features of this software. Again, very user friendly and easy to maintain. The Stewards absolutely love this over any other software we have used.

  Pros: user friendly

  donors reports

  easy to print donor list

  Cons: "gift in kind" gets a little confusing but is used so seldom

  when "cash" is checked off - don't like that I need to enter type of cash

  Good price for small church needs

  Pros: The price is great for a small church. We only use it for tracking contributions. Works well once you know the procedure.

  Cons: Contribution reports longer than one page do not print. Not a user friendly interface. Using version 2.6 so perhaps new version is better.
