Use this add-in to find and fix broken links; set complex filters; filter blank, exclude, invert, filter within filter; merge or join tables; sort list by multiple levels; special sort by text, color, or style. Use this add-in to fill range by random values or linear series; delete, insert by intervals; convert date values, data types, and cases; extract valid e-mail addresses and filter result; append tables to form a master list; split table by values in columns or number of rows. Use this add-in to mix, match, combine sets of values; transpose, combine, split, trim columns.

Editor's review of DigDB for Excel
Excel is already an enormously powerful tool, but DigDB provides a handful of extra functions that can make a spreadsheet easier to use. We particularly liked the Filter, Roll up, and Sort features that allow users to do queries similar to SQL functions in an easy-to-use interface. In many cases we found these commands more convenient and powerful than Excel's own Pivot and Subtotals. Another useful feature provides the ability to split columns--extracting first and last names into separate columns, for example. In our tests the program worked smoothly and quickly, even with large tables, although the lack of a help file might give some new users pause. Overall, we see DigDB as a potentially significant help to people who work with large spreadsheets.
