The AWC is designed to do one thing well: allow you to change your desktop wallpaper on a timed basis. The displayed image can be stretched for best fit to the screen, optionally maintaining its aspect ratio, or displayed at its actual size. When displaying a picture the user can choose to display it in any of the four corners of the screen, centred on one edge or tiled. Images supported: JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, TGA and PCX.
Version 3.0.7 is a bug fixing release.

"Its a wallpaper changer. thats it."
Pros: This program automatically changes the wallpaper using images from a folder. thats what its been designed to do. not play video, music or gmes, so stop reporting sh*t about it and be happy this kind fella has written the software.

Pros: It is very simple to set up, and yet has many parameters you can set. I love having my wallpaper change at specific intervals. Have tried other programs for this, and they were just not as good.

"Not bad, butI can make it better with My Pictures."
Pros: Easy to program.
Cons: Tends to stop when other photo galleries activate. Does not memorize older
file collections.

"Very good for a Wallpaper Changer"
Pros: Automatic Wallpaper Changer is an excellent program. Very simple to use and easy to read. Allows many different Image file extensions, changes wallpaper images in either seconds minutes or hours, allows smaller images to be streched, changes image sharpness and brightness...and many other preferences.

Cons: It's got a long way to go to make my "A" list. Not enough features. There are lots of other softwares which do a much better job, so of course I uninstalled this one and went with one of the others.
