Publisher's description of WebLocker Websurfing Protector
From Crow River Tech:Confidential Web Surfing! Stop using 'My Favorites' and let WebLocker store your Web links, login names and passwords safely and confidentially. WebLocker is so easy to use; just double-click a link to open a Web site. WebLocker also clears all Web trails from your system by removing Internet Registry entries, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History, and Recent File info. Don't leave your user names and passwords on a sticky note on your monitor. WebLocker also removes all 'index.dat' files when you shut down or reboot.
Version 1.1.5 fixes bug related to the user prompt for where to save the data file.

Editor's review of WebLocker Websurfing Protector
This browser aide securely stores your favorite Web site names, URLs, and security data, but suffers from design flaws. WebLocker Websurfing Protector's button and list interface has a bulky 1990s design. The Help Page oddly opens in your browser's Print Preview.
WebLocker Websurfing Protector assumes Internet Explorer is your default browser. An assumption that leads to problems for Firefox users. Operating the application is quick and friendly for the IE user, though. To add a site to Weblocker you merely surf to it and then click the program's Add button. Easily fill out title, description, and password fields and click save. The site is added to your list and you can return anytime by clicking the title. The program can store sites in categories for quicker retrieval. For greater privacy the list is password protected. Unfortunately for Firefox users, Weblocker adds sites only from Internet Explorer. However, the application does open sites in your default browser. That's simply too convoluted a process for the program to become a favorite of most Firefox users.
Internet Explorer users will appreciate that the utility clears their browser cache, history, and other privacy related settings. At a mere three days, the demo is too short for a fair test of the program's usefulness. Nevertheless, Internet Explorer users looking to password protect access to their favorites might want to give this application a test run.
