DeepBurner is an advanced and powerful CD and DVD burning package. It removes the hassle of making CDs, DVDs, and auto runs. DeepBurner supports a wide range of internal and external (USB 2.0 and FireWire) CD and DVD writers. Burn any data, copy any disc, make backups, and make ISO CDs with this very easy to handle software. Added: save as dialog for saving DBR files, width of the tree-view parts of windows is now being remembered. Improved: session selection dialog now shows all sessions without horizontal scroll bars. Fixed: horizontal scrollbars appearing in the message window when they aren't suppose to, vertical scrolling in the message window now shows the latest events last when minimizing, bug with reappearing elements in the Tools menu, disappearing font attributes in the Print Label feature, bug when CD label remained unchanged after loafing of previously saved DBR files with different CD label info.

Version 1.8 adds Simulation burning feature and ability to select a number of copies before recording a CD/DVD.

This free program lets you create data and audio CDs from files on your computer. After a fairly quick installation, DeepBurner launches and asks whether you want to create an audio or data CD or burn an ISO image. The program's design strongly resembles Windows Explorer. You can browse your computer in the right pane to find files, then drag and drop them into the left pane to queue for burning. The burning process is pretty fast, although the lack of burn-proof and data-verification actions means you might want to use re-recordable disks in case the program doesn't work for your setup. Despite an underdeveloped feel, DeepBurner works fine for most uses, especially considering that it costs nothing.

  Pros: It's FREE and it's Great, try with no regret.

  small size software smooth and efficient. Did a good job for me. I love it thanks alot! You rocks!

  Who says a good product must be expensive?

  Pros: It's free.

  Beside of the product being free, it does it's job very well. Accent is put on autorun cds, enabling you to create autorun interface really fast. I was concerned that process' priority being put to normal may jeperdize the reliability of burning, so I ran all kinds of highly demanding programs to try and choke it while it burned my cd, but the data on cd was complete and without a mistake.

  Cons: Large icons in the left don't do good for overall product look. No data verification.

  But hey, it's free, and Nero costs 80 bucks.

  Pros: I used to have these huge suites , like nero , sonic and others. They were very complicated. They all had many features and options. The only thing i used them for was lightscribe burning and CD/DVD data entry. Then i found deepburner. Such a simple program to use. Easy to understand . Fast installation/uninstalltion. In general its great. It burned the data well just as i hoped.

  Cons: Maybe it would be nice to show a diagram of how much space is available in the disk you are burning instead of a bar line. Maybe some other minor options to add to the program.

  Simple, effective and free!

  Pros: I was ready to go out and spend good money on some massively-expensive burning suite when I found this software. I can finally throw out my 4-year-old Nero OEM Bloatware disc!

  Clean interface, intuitive design, reliable. I cannot ask for more.
