DX Studio comprises both a real-time 3D engine and a suite of editing tools.The system includes a 3D modeller, both 2D & 3D layout editors, and allows full JavaScript control of everything from changing the background to editing meshes in real-time. You can also command and control your documents from outside of the player using the powerful ActiveX/COM interface.Using DX Studio you can build complete real-time interactive applications, simulations or games, for standalone use or for embedding in other Microsoft Office/Visual Studio applications. The engine behind DX Studio uses DirectX 9.0c to make the most of 3D graphics hardware acceleration, and includes support for the latest pixel and vertex shader effects found on the more powerful 3D graphics cards. The playback engine in both EXE and ActiveX DLL form can be redistributed without any further royalties. Version 2 adds per-pixel bump and specular map support, integrated model editor, and COLLADA support for models, materials, animations and skins.

"Very nice, easy and featured"

Pros: very simple and puissant engine.
You can control any object in your scene by java script in real time.

"I can't figure it out?"

Pros: It installs ok

Cons: After set up i cant't figure out how to make my own landscape for a game.Its got examples on how every thing works.I can't rate this software right.It make's you use some weird 3Dplayer to check out the examples.I would like for it to work.But iam learning Blender and python.So try it if you want to maybe iam doing something wrong to get it to work right.cheers
