Advertising windows, arrogant and uncontrollable, are sure to repulse visitors, but pop-up windows can make site navigation easier. Ferant DHTML Studio Lite is a browser-based wizard that generates pop-up windows capable of bypassing pop-up killers by creating them as draggable DHTML layers. The window scripts are compatible with most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla, and Opera, but the program requires the .NET platform. The DHTML window does not slow down surfing. This free version offers six templates with 68 customizable properties, such as dragging ability, resizability, colors, and fonts. The studio helps even a beginner use dynamic HTML, and the program is free.
