Version: OK-Cal 4.3

"Great program to lose weight with"

Pros: Helps to keep you focused, and on track. It also tells you what to do to get to your body goals. You can even use your favorite foods and it will give you feedback on that too.

Cons: Sometimes they don't have the food you need already in the program. But you can just enter the food yourself pretty easily.
