"Horrible, no customer service and the owner LIED to me."
Pros: I guess it works, hard to tell, haven't had the feds confiscate my PC...
Cons: The lack of CS support. Not honoring their promises.
Summary: The customer service is non-existant. Then I find out the lifetime upgrade membership I had purchased was NOT going to be honored!!! The made up some excuse like they were "changing their system." Now I get a constant risk notification telling me m... read more >>

"Don't bother, no support whatsoever. No way to run a Co"
Pros: Does a fine job at deleting everything you could possibly want, even shadow copies in Vista.
Cons: Very slow. No support whatsoever, they ever answer emails. No option to erase some shadow copies it erases all shadow copies. To bad the support sucks, otherwise this could be the best deal out there.
Summary: If you do not need support this is a good choice. Its hard to believe that no one ever returns your emails.

Pros: it seems that it cleans the same thing over and over again.
Cons: there is no support,i have been sending e-mails,and not one back on the suport i need the only e-mail i got was telling me that i was on there block list now!
Summary: it does not do anything but gives me trouble with my computer! and the only reason i gave it a star is that you have to give at least one star!
